Introducing Four New Apps from the Digital Transformation Team
Hello from the DTT
For a long while our team focused on building applications for the CFB business. Earlier this year that scope expanded, and we began developing solutions for ODVI as well. The four apps we're sharing in this newsletter are the first batch from that expanded scope.
Development wrapped up in May 2026. Right now we're in a soft launch / end-to-end testing phase, putting each app through real work with real users before opening them up more broadly. Our goal is widespread adoption across departments by the end of June 2026.
This note is part announcement, part invitation. We'd like you to see what's ready, try the ones that fit your work, and tell us where they fall short.
What We're Launching
Four apps, all deployed and reachable on the odvi.app domain:
- PEF System —
pef.odvi.app— Performance evaluations, end to end. - RFP App —
rfp.odvi.app— Request for Payment preparation and tracking. - Async Interview —
interview.odvi.app— Structured candidate screening before the live interview. - Policy Hub —
policy.odvi.app— A single home for company policies and compliance cases.
Each section below covers what the app does today, where it stands in testing, what's next, and what we expect it to make easier.
PEF System (pef.odvi.app)
The PEF System brings the full employee performance evaluation cycle into one guided workflow. HR can configure cycles, assign eligible employees, monitor progress, and support calibration. Line managers can set KPM deliverables, review self-ratings, add manager ratings, and sign evaluations. Employees can complete self-ratings, review their final evaluation, and sign digitally.
- Status: Currently undergoing internal calibration with HR and department managers, following a real performance evaluation run inside our own team.
- Next Steps: Once final ratings are settled with HR, we'll close this cycle and generate comprehensive HR reports.
- Benefits: Accelerates the evaluation process and introduces seamless, real-time collaboration with HR — replacing scattered spreadsheets and offline follow-ups with one reviewable digital record.
RFP App (rfp.odvi.app)
The RFP App is a structured workspace for preparing Requests for Payment. Preparers can build request records, attach supporting proof, review evidence, and generate the spreadsheet and PDF outputs needed for approval. It pulls receipts, statements, and subscription history into the same view so the supporting documents stay close to the request.
- Status: In the end-to-end testing phase, actively processing real invoices.
- Next Steps: Planned for full utilization in the department's upcoming RFP cycle later this month.
- Benefits: Drastically reduces manual processing bottlenecks for request-for-proposals and invoice tracking, cuts down repeated data entry, and produces an approval-ready package in one pass.
Async Interview (interview.odvi.app)
Async Interview lets recruitment teams collect structured candidate responses before the live conversation. HR creates sessions, invites candidates, and reviews recorded responses inside an organized workflow. Candidates get a guided experience: role context, prompts, and recording — at their own pace.
A core feature is an integrated AI engine that dynamically generates tailored interview questions based on the candidate's resume, supporting a deeper and more efficient screening pass.
- Status: End-to-end testing is underway. We're coordinating closely with HR to deploy it for real candidates.
- Benefits: Reduces early screening friction, keeps candidate evidence organized in one place, and gives hiring teams sharper, more focused questions for the live round.
Policy Hub (policy.odvi.app)
Policy Hub centralizes company policies and gives compliance cases a governed home. Employees can browse the published policy library, preview or download PDFs, submit suggestions, and file exception requests or violation reports. Admins and policy owners can manage folders, version PDFs, triage cases, record outcomes, and close the loop with a reliable record.
- Status: Fully functional and deployed. Cybersecurity policies have already been uploaded into the platform.
- Next Steps: Opening access for employees to submit and track compliance cases.
- Benefits: Turns scattered policy references and informal case handling into one searchable, traceable workflow — so everyone can trust they're looking at the current version.
A Note on the Soft Launch
All four apps are deployed, fully functional, and live on the odvi.app domain. The "soft launch" framing simply means we're running them with real workflows and a smaller set of users first — so we can calibrate, fix sharp edges, and incorporate feedback before opening them more widely.
We're targeting a full production rollout by the end of June 2026.
How You Can Help
We'd love your eyes on these apps.
- Visit the domains listed above and have a look around.
- Reach out to the Digital Transformation Team for access credentials.
- Test the features that are relevant to your role.
- Share feedback — anything from "this confused me" to "I wish it did X." We're actively iterating, and small notes from real users are some of the most valuable input we get.
Have a Manual Process You'd Like to Automate? Let's Talk.
Beyond these four apps, the team would like to extend the same offer to every department: if you have manual processes you'd like to automate, please don't hesitate to reach out.
We're happy to host a short requirements-gathering session, scope the work together, and use our existing automation frameworks to put together a working solution quickly. The four apps in this newsletter are proof of how fast that loop can move when departments collaborate with us early.
Closing
The team is genuinely excited — and a little proud — to put these in your hands. Each one started from a real pain point and grew through close collaboration with the people who'd eventually use it. We're looking forward to doing more of that, with more of you, in the months ahead.
Thank you for trying these out, telling us what works, and telling us what doesn't.
